Requirements
- Active COTA license in the state of Arkansas
- CPR certification
- Strong communication, time‑management, and documentation skills
- A commitment to safety, integrity, and high‑quality patient care
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in the rehabilitation setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records
