About The Position

John Knox Village is seeking compassionate and dedicated full-time Certified Nursing Assistants to join its Long-Term Care and Rehab communities in Pompano Beach, Florida. The CNA supports the daily living needs, comfort, and well-being of elders in a warm, home-like environment, providing person-centered care grounded in dignity, respect, and genuine connection. CNAs work closely with nurses and care partners as part of a collaborative care model focused on strong personal relationships and a supportive environment where elders can thrive.

John Knox Village is a not-for-profit Life Plan Retirement Community offering independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care to more than 1,000 residents on a 70-acre campus. This position requires Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida law. The workplace is drug-free and tobacco-free.

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Passion for working with elders and enhancing their quality of life.
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
• Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida law.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in long-term care, short-term rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living, or a healthcare facility.
