About The Position

John Knox Village is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to support elders in its Long-Term Care and Rehab communities in a warm, home-like environment. The CNA supports residents’ daily living needs, comfort, and well-being, working closely with nurses and care partners to deliver high-quality, person-centered care rooted in dignity, respect, and genuine connection. The care model emphasizes teamwork, strong personal relationships, and a supportive environment where elders can thrive. John Knox Village is a not-for-profit Life Plan Retirement Community offering independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care to more than 1,000 residents on a 70-acre campus in Pompano Beach, Florida. Requirements

Active Florida CNA certification.
Current CPR certification.
Passion for working with elders and enhancing their quality of life.
Team-oriented, collaborative mindset.
Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida law.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in long-term care, short-term rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living, or a healthcare facility.
