About The Position

Comfort Keepers is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, personalized care to seniors and adults in their homes in Tulsa, Bixby, Sand Springs, and surrounding communities. Caregivers focus on one client at a time, helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with schedules based on caregiver availability and current client needs. Assignments may include daytime, evening, or weekend shifts, and additional hours may be available depending on client needs and availability. The role includes paid orientation and training, supportive local leadership, employee recognition and rewards, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Requirements

• Current Oklahoma CNA or CHHA certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home.
• Willingness to follow care plans and company policies.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving or home care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help clients with mobility, walking, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with errands and transportation when authorized.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Follow individualized care plans and complete required documentation.
• Promote clients’ independence, dignity, and quality of life.
