About The Position

Comfort Keepers is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, personalized care to seniors and adults in their homes in Tulsa, Bixby, Sand Springs, and surrounding communities. The role emphasizes one-on-one client care, building genuine relationships, and helping clients remain safe, comfortable, independent, and supported in their homes.

The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities, with assignments and schedules based on caregiver availability and current client needs. Possible shifts include daytime, evening, and weekend work. Compensation is paid weekly. Requirements

• Current Oklahoma CNA or CHHA certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a client's home.
• Willingness to follow care plans and company policies.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help clients with mobility, walking, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with errands and transportation when authorized.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition.
• Follow individualized care plans and complete required documentation.
• Promote clients' independence, dignity, and quality of life.
