About The Position

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a new startup with 40 private patient suites and plans to accept its first patient in October 2026. The Certified Nursing Assistant assists professional nursing personnel in providing patient care in an assigned area. The role supports patients with activities of daily living, provides personal care and emotional support, and performs more complex clinical skills under the direction of professional nursing personnel. Pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Completion of a nursing assistant course.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross; online certification is not acceptable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet strict time frames.

Nice To Haves

• At least six months of experience.
