About The Position

Adoration Private Duty is hiring a dedicated Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to provide expert, patient-centered care in Union City, Tennessee. The office is in Martin, Tennessee. This full-time position provides one-to-one care in patients’ homes and works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The schedule is Monday through Friday during flexible daytime hours, with a focus on activities of daily living. The role offers independent work with team support and an opportunity to support patients and families in a home setting.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record as defined by agency policy.
• CNA or Home Health Care Aide certification if required by state licensure in the state where care is provided.
• Must use proper body mechanics when lifting and may be expected to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time, and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using the HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Assist with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care tasks.
• Perform home management tasks such as basic housekeeping and shopping.
