About The Position

Adoration Private Duty is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide expert, patient-centered care in Union City, Tennessee. The role is based through the Martin, Tennessee office and provides one-to-one care in patients’ homes. The schedule is full-time, weekdays during daytime hours, with flexible scheduling. CNAs work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and receive team support while working independently. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record as defined by agency policy.
• Hold CNA or Home Health Care Aide certification if required by state licensure in the state where care is provided.
• Use proper body mechanics while lifting; may be expected to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time, and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one, patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using the HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home-management tasks.
• Help with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health-care-related tasks.
• Perform basic housekeeping, shopping, and other related home-management tasks.
