About The Position

Adoration Private Duty is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide expert, patient-centered care for an adult case in the Memphis, Tennessee coverage area. The office is located in Cordova, Tennessee. This is a full-time daytime position providing one-to-one care and assistance with activities of daily living. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The CNA provides care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting clients with personal care and home management. The role involves documenting care in the HomeCare HomeBase EMR and may include personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, basic health care tasks, housekeeping, and shopping.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record as defined by agency policy.
• Hold CNA or Home Health Care Aide certification if required by state licensure in the state where care is provided.
• Be able to use proper body mechanics while lifting and potentially lift up to 75 pounds.
• Be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time, and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using the HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Assist with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care tasks.
• Perform home management tasks, including basic housekeeping and shopping.
