About The Position

Silverado St. Charles is hiring a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory impairments. The role combines clinical care with personal connection, supporting residents’ comfort, dignity, and quality of life. The schedule is part-time, AM shift, Saturday and Sunday. The anticipated pay range is $19–$21 per hour.

Requirements

• CNA training completion and a valid CNA certificate number are required.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working around animals and pets.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory impairments.
• Support residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and dining.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and the Silverado team.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
