About The Position

Silverado St. Charles is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with memory impairments. The role combines clinical care with compassionate, relationship-centered support for residents, their families, and the Silverado team. The schedule is the AM shift on Saturday and Sunday. The anticipated pay range is $19–$21 USD per hour.

Silverado describes itself as a memory care provider serving individuals with neurodegenerative conditions since 1997. Employment offers are contingent on a background check, drug screening, physical, and TB testing if applicable.

Requirements

• Completion of CNA training and a valid CNA certificate number.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working around animals and pets.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory impairments.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and dining.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and the Silverado team.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
