About The Position

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, nutrition, and hygiene, while maintaining their dignity and comfort.
• Record residents’ temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration, and promptly report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises to promote mobility and prevent falls.
• Observe residents and report changes in their physical or mental conditions to the healthcare team.
• Provide respectful and compassionate personal care tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to create a positive and nurturing environment.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records in the facility’s electronic medical records (EMR) system.
