About The Position
Green Mountain Electric Supply is hiring a full-time Branch Manager for its Jamestown, NY branch. The role oversees the store’s daily and long-term operations, customer service, and growth. The Branch Manager maintains a collaborative team atmosphere, develops and maintains customer relationships, identifies opportunities for market growth, and ensures the team meets customer needs. Responsibilities
- Manage the branch’s daily and long-term operations, customer service, and growth.
- Maintain an internal team atmosphere and promote collaboration among branches.
- Build new customer contacts and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for market growth and promote the company’s services and capabilities.
- Motivate the team to provide superior service and increase sales through customer relationships, product knowledge, and timely service.
- Serve as the point person for sales and organizational issues.
- Address conflicts and work toward outcomes that benefit the branch and Green Mountain Electric Supply.
- Balance profitability with operational needs.
- Follow company policies and implement their use within the team.
