About The Position

Empro Staffing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide essential support to patients in various healthcare settings. The role involves assisting patients with daily activities and helping maintain their comfort and well-being, contributing to the quality of care provided by client facilities. The position pays $24 per hour. The pay period runs Sunday through Saturday, with weekly pay every Thursday via direct deposit. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a CNA training program.
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Basic understanding of patient-care procedures and safety protocols.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance.
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
Assist with patient mobility, including transfers to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.
Support nursing and medical staff in delivering quality patient care.
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment and follow infection control protocols.
Build positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.
Participate in training and ongoing education to improve patient-care skills and knowledge.
