About The Position

Empro Staffing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to provide essential support to patients in various healthcare settings. CNAs assist with daily activities and help ensure patients’ comfort and well-being, contributing to the quality of care provided by Empro Staffing’s clients. The position is offered full-time and part-time. The hourly rate is $24. The pay period runs Sunday to Saturday, with weekly pay every Thursday via direct deposit.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a CNA training program.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Basic understanding of patient-care procedures and safety protocols.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist patients with mobility, including transfers to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.
• Support nursing and medical staff in delivering quality patient care.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment and follow infection control protocols.
• Build positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.
• Participate in training and ongoing education to improve patient-care skills and knowledge.
