About The Position
Volare Health is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality care and comfort to residents at French Prairie Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Woodburn, Oregon. The role offers a supportive team, career growth opportunities, and a rewarding work environment. Available schedules include four full-time evening positions and four full-time night positions. New nurses can participate in a three-month Long Term Care New Nurse Residency involving the Geri-Res residency curriculum and structured onsite mentorship.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
- Recent education or completed clinical hours.
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
- Follow care plans and document vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Maintain clean and organized resident rooms.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver quality care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
