About The Position

Galleria Woods Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to join its Skilled Nursing team in Hoover, Alabama. The 30-bed Skilled Nursing Unit offers low resident-to-staff ratios intended to support personalized care and meaningful relationships with residents. This PRN/per-diem role is for night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Pay is $16.00–$18.50 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

• Current Alabama CNA certification.
• Compassion for seniors and a commitment to exceptional care.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• At least one year of CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Help residents with meals, mobility, and transportation to activities.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition, behavior, or eating habits.
• Support residents’ independence, dignity, and comfort.
• Provide care that meets company, state, and federal standards.
