About The Position
Arlington Gardens Care Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care at its 99-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Riverside, California. The facility describes its environment as warm, supportive, and close-knit, with residents treated like family and staff valued. Available shifts are PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and NOC, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Pay is $18.50–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
Requirements
- Current California CNA certification.
- A caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- A passion for helping others.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and mobility.
- Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the care team.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment.
