About The Position

Arlington Gardens Care Center is seeking a dependable, hardworking part-time Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The schedule is 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. Pay is $17.48–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Dependable and organized, with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the building, grounds, and fixtures.
• Monitor assigned areas to ensure a clean, neat, and welcoming environment.
• Perform routine janitorial and cleaning duties throughout the facility.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, floors, and other surfaces.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Remove trash and dispose of it in designated areas.
• Properly maintain and care for janitorial equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance concerns or needed repairs to management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
