About The Position

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at CarDon and Associates, you will provide high-quality care to residents and assist them with daily living activities to support their comfort and well-being. You will work closely with nursing staff to monitor residents’ health and report changes in condition. Requirements

Successfully complete a state-approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program, or provide acceptable verification from the State Nurse Assistant Registry.
Have no Registry finding concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
Help residents with mobility and physical activities, including transferring and positioning.
Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive atmosphere.
Communicate effectively with nursing staff and family members regarding resident needs and changes.
