Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• Must not require visa sponsorship.
• Mayo Clinic does not participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.

Responsibilities

• Provide and assist with direct and indirect resident care.
• Assist with activities of daily living, and promote the highest practicable level of physical, mental and psychosocial well-being for the resident.
• Maintain awareness of state and federal regulations.
• Provide direct care duties in a timely manner, while interacting politely and professionally with residents, family members, visitors, and staff.
• Cross-train to float to other areas of Charter House.
