About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant assists in providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents. The role requires a caring and friendly individual who can work independently and as part of a team, make decisions when circumstances warrant to meet residents’ needs, adapt work habits to the needs of residents or coworkers, and deal tactfully and effectively with residents, families, and visitors. Applicants must be able to read and understand English.

Open schedules include 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with every other weekend (full-time or PRN); 11:00 PM–7:00 AM (full-time); 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (full-time or PRN); and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. The position requires a criminal background check, and applicants may be asked to provide information about their criminal history. Employment and professional references are required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and active Nurse Aide Certification.
• Caring and friendly disposition.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read and understand English.
