About The Position

Powdersville Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct care and support residents with daily needs at its 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Easley, South Carolina. The role helps maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment while promoting resident dignity, comfort, and independence. The position is part-time, with weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday available at $16–$18 per hour plus a $2-per-hour weekend shift differential. Part-time or PRN scheduling is offered.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
• Have compassion for an underserved population.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Be dependable, professional, and resident-focused.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist residents with feeding, hydration, and mobility needs.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Take and document vital signs.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Maintain accurate resident documentation.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the healthcare team.
