About The Position
Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, provides direct physical care to patients, including activities of daily living, and performs specific nursing procedures within the nursing assistant scope of practice. The position is expected to float to any department once oriented.
Requirements
- Current C.N.A. certification.
- Current BLS certification.
- Passage of an approved Certified Nurse Attendant training program.
- Ability to see, hear, and speak, as communication is an essential skill.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
Nice To Haves
- One year of recent acute care Certified Nurse Attendant experience.
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
