About The Position

Right at Home is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, personalized one-on-one care to clients in their homes. The role supports clients in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent. Employees can choose shifts and hours that fit their availability, including extra shifts, weekend hours, or a consistent part-time schedule. The position is available in Cullman, Alabama, and is offered as full-time and part-time work.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
• Previous caregiving, home care, senior care, or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance.
• Help with toileting and other activities of daily living.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide transportation and assist with errands and appointments.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition.
