About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant provides assistance to patients with activities of daily living and delivers basic nursing care within the Medical-Surgical Acute Care Unit. The role supports a safe, clean, and organized environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse responsible for the team and/or unit.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a certified nursing assistant program.
- CNA certification, or current RN student status with documentation of completion of two clinical rotations.
- Current American Red Cross or American Heart Association BLS.
Nice To Haves
- Six months to one year of related work experience.
- Experience with Meditech.
