About The Position

Certified Nursing Assistants incorporate HumanGood’s “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” They develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assist residents in maximizing their independence and participation. The role provides exemplary care ranging from basic needs and activities of daily living to recreational activities, while helping create a safe environment for resident care.

This is a full-time AM position, scheduled from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Team members must be available to work at least one weekend day.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certificate.

• Prior CNA or caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs.
• Assist residents in maximizing their independence and participation.
• Provide care for basic needs and activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with recreational activities.
• Help create a safe environment for resident care.
