About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dependable and consistent Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home support to clients and their families. The role involves working independently in a client’s home and may include hands-on personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, and household tasks. Requirements
- Hold a current license listed in good standing with the board.
- Be dependable and consistent.
- Be comfortable providing hands-on personal care and working independently in a client's home.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide light housekeeping and home management, including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Provide mobility assistance, ambulation support, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Support range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with oral feeding and medication.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Provide companionship and other in-home support as needed.
