The facility is rated High Performing in Long-Term Care by U.S. News Best Nursing Homes 2025 and has licensed nurses on every shift. CNAs provide residents with personal care, support with meals and mobility, vital-sign monitoring, and observation and reporting of changes in condition. This is an on-site, W-2 hourly role with a self-selected schedule and no minimum hours. Staff choose open shifts through the BRIDGE App, with shifts available any day of the week. Standard shifts are eight paid hours with a half-hour unpaid meal break: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, or 10:30 PM–7:00 AM. Twelve-hour shifts may also be available. Pay is $25–$28 per hour, based on experience; night and weekend shifts are paid at the top of the range. Overtime over 40 hours and all ten County holidays are paid at time and a half. Pay is weekly, and orientation hours are paid at the employee’s rate. If the facility cancels a confirmed shift two hours or less before it begins, the employee is paid for four hours. Paid sick leave accrues under New York law, and professional liability insurance covers each shift. CLFC reimburses CPR renewal and supports continuing education and certifications. Tuition assistance of up to $1,500 per year is available toward an LPN or RN program, and a $500 referral bonus is offered for referring a nurse or aide who joins the roster. Program terms are provided in writing before acceptance. CLFC arranges and pays for fingerprinting, immunizations, screening, and license verification.
