About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful interaction.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with the client's care plan and agency policies.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.
• Promote client safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency procedures.
