About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Allisonville Meadows supports residents’ well-being by helping create a warm, supportive, homelike environment. The role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and treating each resident with dignity, respect, and individualized attention. CNAs collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated care and demonstrate the organization’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. This position is identified as a Weekend Option, with evening and night work noted in the posting.
Requirements
- Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
- Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.

- Have stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
- Collaborate with nursing and facility teams and contribute to a respectful, positive work environment.
