About The Position

Signature HealthCARE of Elizabethton Rehab & Wellness Center is hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants to provide care in a 94-bed facility offering short-term and long-term care. The facility’s experienced rehabilitation and nursing staff focus on helping residents achieve their maximum potential through compassionate, person-directed care.

CNAs deliver nursing services to patients and residents and support the facility’s quality-of-care standards. Available shifts are day and evening. The hiring event is listed for Tuesday, October 27, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at 1200 Spruce Lane, Elizabethton, TN 37643. Full-time day-shift CNAs are eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and full-time evening-shift CNAs are eligible for a $3,500 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Possess an active nursing license in the state of residence.
• Hold a current, active CPR certification.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Be able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing services to patients and residents with a high degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise the day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Work in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as requirements established by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure assigned nursing personnel comply with facility policies and procedures.
