Requirements

• Possess an active nursing license in the state of residence.
• Current, active CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects while sustaining quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining a high degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that assigned nursing personnel comply with the facility's written policies and procedures.
