About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at North Park helps create a warm, supportive, homelike environment where residents' well-being is prioritized. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and promoting dignity, respect, and individualized attention. CNAs collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated care and demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

• Hold a valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication.
