About The Position

Meadowbrook Village Christian Retirement Community is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide excellent, personalized care for residents in their Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This role involves ensuring high-quality resident care by adhering to regulations, documenting nursing duties, monitoring care plans, and reporting to the Director of Staff Development and Director of Nursing. The ideal candidate will possess a compassionate and dedicated mindset, contributing to a positive and enriching environment for patients and their families.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current & valid CNA license in State of California
• Excellent interpersonal skills including patience and compassion
• Ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple items/tasks as required
• Ability to maintain appropriate level of confidentiality and privacy
• Willingness and ability to respond effectively to emergency and/or crisis situation

• Professional experience in long-term care

Responsibilities

• Ensuring high-quality resident care by following federal, state, and company regulations/policies.
• Directing and documenting nursing duties.
• Monitoring and reviewing care plans and procedures.
