About The Position

Jefferson House, a nonprofit organization and member of the Hartford HealthCare community, provides long-term care and short-term rehabilitation to seniors in the greater Hartford area. Certified Nursing Assistants provide meaningful daily care to older adults, building strong relationships with the people they support as part of a dedicated caregiving team. Requirements

• Connecticut CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities
