About The Position
Concierge Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Nurses’ Aides, and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care. The company says it has multiple cases, shifts, and hours available and aims to help applicants begin working quickly. Pay is $17–$22 per hour, depending on location, client, and level of care. Caregivers can choose their hourly pay rate, schedule, and clients. The position is subject to a Level 2 background screening required by Florida law. Applicants must complete the Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse process and authorize a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes. Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
- Take pride in providing high-quality care as a CNA, Nurse’s Aide, or HHA.
- Enjoy working one-on-one and be eager to improve and learn new skills.
- At least one year of prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or an in-home care environment.
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
- Florida Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide certificate (CNA or HHA).
- CPR certificate or proof of a scheduled renewal class.
- Complete the Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse process and authorize a comprehensive background review.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal hygiene assistance, including help with showering, bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Help clients take prescribed medication and assist with ambulation.
- Support clients with mobility at home and outside the home, including attending appointments and walks.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals, and help with physical therapy exercises.
- Complete clients’ shopping or accompany them while shopping.
- Perform housekeeping duties and report unusual incidents.
- Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
- Assist clients with activities essential to daily living, including serving meals and related tasks.
