About The Position

Silver Lining Home Health Care, a Care Advantage, Inc. Company, is hiring part-time or full-time CNA/HHA caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care services in the Newark, Delaware area and surrounding communities. The company provides personal care and companionship in clients’ homes, hospitals, nursing homes, and rehabilitation centers, tailoring care plans to client needs. Caregivers provide care according to each client’s Plan of Care and help clients with personal care, hygiene, light housekeeping, and meal preparation while following infection control procedures and protecting client privacy and confidential information. Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, or completion of a Delaware CNA program.
• Open availability and ability to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Physical examination and two-step PPD.
• Ability to lift, position, and transfer a patient.
• Experience operating a Hoyer lift.
• Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellence, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide client care according to the Plan of Care.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow infection control procedures.
