Full Time CNA - Certified Nurse Assistant

About The Position
The Atrium at Rocky Hill, a memory care community, is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The CNA delivers care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The position is available on the first shift, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and includes an every-other-weekend rotation. The starting hourly rate is $19.25.
Requirements
- Valid CNA license.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional, meaningful care.
- Perform other duties as needed.
