About The Position

Providence Healthcare of Thomaston is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant to work in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Certified Nurse Aide uses a general understanding of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to help develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans. The role includes performing customer care activities and related nonprofessional services to meet customers’ personal needs and comfort.

Requirements

• Successfully completed a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.
