About The Position

The Atrium at Rocky Hill, a memory care community, is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The CNA delivers care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The position is available on the 1st shift, 7 a.m.–3 p.m., with an every-other-weekend rotation. The starting hourly rate is $19.25.

Requirements

• Valid CNA license required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
