About The Position

Providence Healthcare of Thomaston is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant to work in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Certified Nurse Aide uses a general understanding of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans and ensure customers' needs are met. The role also performs customer-care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to customers' personal needs and comfort.

Requirements

• Successfully completed a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.
