About The Position

John Knox Village is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join its Assisted Living team in Pompano Beach, Florida. The role supports elders in a warm, person-centered environment focused on teamwork, respect, and high-quality care. CNAs provide daily care and assistance, encourage meaningful engagement, and help maintain a safe, comfortable, and home-like setting. The position involves working collaboratively with the care team and offers staff-to-resident ratios intended to support meaningful connections with residents.

John Knox Village is a not-for-profit Life Plan Retirement Community providing independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care to more than 1,000 residents on a 70-acre campus. The position is subject to Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida law. John Knox Village is a Drug-Free and Tobacco-Free Workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Requirements

• Current CNA license in the State of Florida.
• At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation environment.
• Current BLS certification.
• Passion for working with elders and enhancing their quality of life.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Subject to Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida law.
