About The Position

Right at Home Wilmington is seeking part-time Certified Nursing Assistants to provide in-home care to seniors in Wilmington, North Carolina. CNAs receive training and support to meet client-specific needs and help clients maintain dignity and independence. The role offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, local assignments, paid travel time and mileage reimbursement, and access to leadership support.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credentials, including completion of a state-approved CNA course.
• At least 6 months of CNA experience in home care or a facility-based setting.
• Compassionate, reliable, and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support client mobility using walkers, wheelchairs, lifts, and other aids.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and follow special dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Complete basic health-related tasks, including measuring intake and output and assisting with range-of-motion exercises.
• Maintain client dignity and promote independence whenever possible.
