CNA – 3rd Shift | Full-Time & Part-Time
About The Position
Well-Spring is hiring two Certified Nursing Assistants for its Healthcare department at its Life Plan Community in Greensboro, North Carolina: one full-time and one part-time position on third shift. The shift runs from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Both positions have specific, set schedules that include weekday and weekend requirements; a recruiter will review the available schedules with candidates. The team is described as having lower resident-to-staff ratios, supportive leadership, and consistent assignments that help team members build relationships with residents. The role involves providing compassionate, person-centered care and working with residents, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide training program.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
- Availability to work the assigned schedule, including required weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Provide personal care and mobility assistance.
- Observe, report, and document resident care.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Work closely with nurses and other members of the healthcare team.
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
- Build meaningful relationships while providing compassionate, person-centered care.
