About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant will join the Renaissance Adult Day Center team in Worcester, providing compassionate, person-centered care to adults and seniors. The role supports participants’ daily needs while encouraging independence, preserving dignity, and helping maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Spanish bilingualism is required.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bilingualism in Spanish is required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and participant-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including toileting, mobility, and personal support, while encouraging independence and maintaining dignity.
• Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for participants.
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support recreational and therapeutic activities as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
