About The Position

Silverado Aspen Park is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory impairments. The role combines clinical care with personal connection, supporting residents’ dignity, comfort, and quality of life. The position is PRN (per diem), with multiple shifts available Saturday through Thursday. The anticipated pay range is $23–$28 per hour. Employment offers are contingent on background check, drug screening, physical, and TB testing if applicable.

Requirements

Completion of CNA training and a valid CNA certificate number.
Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
Effective verbal and written communication in English.
Able to perform active work involving walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory impairments.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and dining.
Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and the Silverado team.
Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
