About The Position

Meridian Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver/Resident Assistant to provide direct care and help residents with their daily activities. Duties include assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care. The role also involves maintaining proper care records, reporting changes in residents’ conditions, and interacting effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public. All shifts are currently available.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Successfully complete training as required by State regulations.
Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
Ability to work responsibly as a team member and individually.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
Honesty, fairness, dependability, and respect for confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
Must meet all health requirements and pass a background check.
