CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (PRN)
About The Position
Life Enriching Communities is hiring a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant at Concord Reserve in Westlake, Ohio. The role supports residents in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing units with daily routines and timely care. Supplemental Staffing Team members have a flexible schedule and are required to work a minimum of 60 hours per month. Shifts are listed as 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Requirements
- Current CNA certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities.
- Respond to call lights and provide timely support.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions.
- Launder residents’ personal belongings.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Work closely with team members to ensure quality care.
- Participate in shift reports at the beginning and end of shifts.
