About The Position

Autumn Leaves Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care and customer service in a skilled nursing facility. Associates’ work affects patients, families, coworkers, and the public. This PRN role offers 6 a.m.–6 p.m. or 6 p.m.–6 a.m. shifts. Candidates should be compassionate, supportive, committed to quality care, and willing to uphold health and safety standards and continue learning.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nurse Aide credential in the State of Texas, or completion of a Certified Nurse Aide class with a certificate.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and perform job-related duties.
• Ability to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work in a skilled nursing facility setting and continuously learn new skills.
• Supportive and compassionate approach, with pride in providing high-quality care.
• Hoyer lift experience specific to the resident.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
